Reason To Join
MAYFL is a non-profit organization that was started to provide a wholesome and faith-based environment for children of the Metro Atlanta area to play and enjoy football and cheerleading. Through those activities, our chlidren are taught discipline, self-respect, confidence, respect for the individual, and moral values.
Totaling over 3,000 boys and girls, ranging from 4 to 14 years of age, MAYFL is one of the premier youth athletic organizations in the Metro Atlanta area with aspirations of being the elite youth organization in the State of Georgia as well as the Southeaster United States.
Since its inaugural season in 2004, MAYFL has grown to include seventeen (17) league members from the northern tip of Dekalb County to southern tip of Coweta County with league members from Fulton County, the City of Atlanta, and the City of East Point in between.
MAYFL stands firm on the principle that scholastics and athletics are intertwined. In order to excel in athletics, one must excel academically. Because of this belief, MAYFL's programs are designed to encourage and develop our children to become valuable and well-rounded productive citizens. Coaches, players, and cheerleaders are recognized for their efforts by MAYFL through various awards programs.
